OK Plus Terms and Conditions – Philippine Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and OK Plus ("we," "us," or "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of the OK Plus online gaming platform available at okplus.best and associated mobile-optimised pages.

By completing the OK Plus registration process, accessing any part of the platform after registration, depositing funds, accepting a promotion, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation. Continuing to use the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

Membership and use of the OK Plus platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

OK Plus reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3. Account Registration and Member Responsibilities

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active OK Plus account. Registering multiple accounts — using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts belonging to the same individual or household may be closed, and any balances held within them may be forfeited if duplicate registration is identified.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, valid email address, and any other information requested in the verification process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an offence under Philippine law.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OK Plus login credentials. Do not share your password, one-time PIN, or any account access details with any other person. OK Plus will never ask you for your password through any support channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are logged in is considered to have been authorised by you unless you notify OK Plus support immediately upon becoming aware of unauthorised access.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

OK Plus is required to verify member identities before processing withdrawals and may request verification at any other time. Verification documents typically include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or driver's licence), a selfie alongside the document, and proof of payment method ownership where applicable. Accounts that cannot complete verification to OK Plus's satisfaction may have transactions suspended until the process is resolved.

4. Deposits

OK Plus accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) through the following local payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• The minimum single deposit is ₱100.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are prohibited.
• OK Plus does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are credited to your OK Plus wallet after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by channel.
• OK Plus reserves the right to request evidence that the payment method belongs to you before crediting or releasing funds.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, or to a verified alternative method in the member's own name. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals to GCash typically process within five minutes for eligible standard members under normal system conditions. Actual processing time may vary.
• VIP Club members at Gold tier and above receive priority placement in the withdrawal queue.
• OK Plus reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Funds received as bonus credits cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Benefits

OK Plus reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and related winnings, and to close accounts, in cases where abuse is identified.

6.3 VIP Club

Participation in the OK Plus VIP Club is subject to the current VIP Club terms published in the member account. Tier levels, cashback rates, and qualifying activity thresholds are reviewed periodically and may change. The current applicable conditions always take precedence over previous communications or marketing materials.

7. Games and Betting

All games and betting markets available on the OK Plus platform use certified technology designed to produce fair and independent results. Slot games use audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

9. Account Security and Device Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of the device and internet connection you use to access OK Plus. This includes keeping your operating system and browser updated, using a private and secure network where possible, and ensuring your device is protected by a passcode or biometric lock.

10. Privacy and Data

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. This includes identity verification data, transaction history, device information, and communications records retained for regulatory, legal, and customer service purposes.

OK Plus will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law or the platform's operating licence conditions.

11. Responsible Gaming

OK Plus is not liable for losses resulting from: telecommunications or internet failures beyond our reasonable control; temporary unavailability of the platform for maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs; member decisions made based on promotional materials when the current account-area terms take precedence; or events constituting force majeure including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread infrastructure failures.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

OK Plus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where:

• A member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Identity verification cannot be completed to the satisfaction of OK Plus.
• Suspicious financial activity is identified that requires investigation under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• A member has registered from a restricted territory.
• A member's continued activity poses a problem gambling risk that requires intervention.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a Terms violation by the member, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned via the member's last used payment method subject to identity verification completion. Bonus balances are not refundable upon account closure for Terms violations.

14. Changes to These Terms

OK Plus may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, Philippine regulatory requirements, or operational practices. When material changes are made, members will be notified via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice where the change affects their rights or obligations.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published. Continuing to use the OK Plus platform after notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you should close your account before the change takes effect.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms, your use of the OK Plus platform, or any transaction processed through the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct contact with OK Plus customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits any right you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
